We have a Full Moon in Virgo on 3/14 (Friday). Virgo is the home zone of the 6th house of the zodiac wheel. The 6th house rules over service to others and your personal health. This house is often called the service to others, it indicates your need to help others and to be useful in this world. In the old days it governed a person's attitude toward servants and those of inferior standing. In modern day, this house rules your relationship with the people you work with, with those who are subordinates, and with your employers. The 6th house also relates to your state of health and especially applies to illnesses brought on by worry or emotional upsets. This house may also signify what kinds of diseases you may be susceptible to.

This is also our first eclipse of the season, a Blood Moon. A Blood Moon eclipse is a powerful spiritual event symbolizing transformation, endings, and rebirth. The deep red hue represents release, shadow work, and the unveiling of hidden truths. Many believe it amplifies emotions, clears karmic cycles, and offers a chance for deep healing and renewal. This rare celestial moment is ideal for reflection, letting go of past burdens, and stepping into a new chapter with clarity and purpose.
The energy of Virgo is practical, reserved and modest at heart. Virgo is an analytical place that is constantly seeking to know and understand. Virgo is ruled by the planet Mercury, the planet of communication and intelligence. Virgo is highly intelligent and can give a cool and calm impression at first glance. {This is often coupled with an anxious interior}. The anxious center comes from the desire to be moving, Virgo is a sign of action, use this motivating energy to propel yourself forward. Virgo brings a need to constantly strive to bring order out of the chaos of life. The spirit of the Virgo is always searching for more, better and improvements.
In ancient times, Virgo was the sign of the harvest, carrying a sheaf of wheat. The energy of Virgo lives through this with action and the need to be of use. This is a great time to examine your morals and values and take inventory of how those are aligning with the life you are building today. The laws of attraction are strong in Virgo. If you hold onto a negative attitude, the reality you live in will also unfold negatively. Look at these patterns of negativity and how they unfold in your life, and work to let them go. The full Moon is about letting those heavy, stagnant and unhelpful energies go. Sometimes Virgo can’t see the forest for the trees because of the preoccupation with precision limits of vision. This will also diminish the imagination and leave us shy of inspiration.
If you are a Virgo Sun, Moon or Rising, this is your time to loosen the grips of these self-limiting thought patterns. The energy of Virgo is brillant for internal action, helping us to ignite that internal fire again. Guiding us to channel that care-taker energy of Virgo and turn it inward will help to ease the feelings of upset that can come along with deep self-work. Use this full moon to help you release those unwanted energies of self-sabotage and step into a higher sense of self through the intelligence and delicacy of Virgo.
Here are your shadow Work Prompts:

How do I tend to my inner wounds?
In what ways do I limit myself?

How can I let these patterns go? (see above prompt)
