New Moon in Gemini

On Sunday we have a New Moon in the sign of Gemini. This is such a beautiful energy to have helping us to pull in those energies we want to see increase in size as the Moon grows in visible size. The energy of Gemini is adaptable, witty, and one that doesn't limit itself to any one idea. This energy is expansive, expressive, and a welcoming of the unknown. Gemini is not afraid to leap into the abyss, because she knows that the Universe always has her back. 

This energy while we manifest is a beautiful way to fully embrace the true uncertainty of it all. Life is full of the unknown and Gemini isn't afraid to go in the deep end. Gemini is an intelligent energy, so use this energy for diving into some of those deeper wells of self, armed with knowledge that the Universe supports this kind of inner alchemy. This energy is encouraging of connections, communications and of community. If you have been feeling a little alone, maybe isolated, this is your calling to seek out your people. This energy is one of connections, so reach out to your friends, tell them you want to see them, plan a picnic, a themed party. Have some fun. 

Gemini knows about fun a little too well, and this energy of Gemini as we enter a new phase for the Moon begs us for freedom and for movement. Tap into this by allowing your hair down, step outside of what you have been doing into something new, exciting, and something that will encourage this energy’s continued movement upward, forward. This is also a super moon, amplifying this energy in the universe. Be wary of overindulgence or the urge to bring too much fun and freedom into your energy field. Gemini can be skilled at balance but often will push the limits on either end of the pendulum.

For Gemini sun or rising, this time might feel like a personal calling to jump forward while for a Gemini Chiron this time might feel like you’re about to jump off of the cliff into a pitch black pond of self explorations.
