Letting Go

One of the hardest aspects of healing work, in my experience, has been in letting go.


Letting go of ideas, letting go of feelings and narratives that have become ingrained, letting go of attachments. It’s HARD. But something that has helped to ease the discomfort in the process has been in the study and application of detachment.


Detachment isn’t about being numb or not caring, it’s about depersonalizing everything, it’s about allowing things to be as they are rather than cling to the idea of how we think they should be.


Detaching from fantasies and coming more in flow with simple what is. This has helped me greatly in learning how to hold on less, and enjoy flow more.
