Don’t quit
Don’t quit because you never know who’s watching.
Sometimes the work that we do isn’t always about us. Sometimes there are people who are silently watching us, admiring how we are able to use our voice and go deep within. Sometimes there are people who are finding strength and inspiration through us as we find strength and inspiration through others.
Over the course of the past six years of running Two Moons, I have wanted to quit 10,000 times. I have spent a lot of nights crying, feeling vulnerable and stupid for putting myself out there. This has been a painful process of me exposing myself, but I believe it’s my path and that’s affirmed all the time by the universe and by you all. Every time I cry out loud and say that I want to quit, I get a heartfelt message from somebody saying how they feel the light in their eyes again because they have learned to follow their breath.
Keep going. Keep doing the work. Keep tending to yourself. Keep showing up for yourself because you never know who is needing to see you thrive. (I love to see it for sure )
