Not so mindful Monday
Half the day had passed before i thought, “my app post”.
And to be honest with you i have just been caught in my head. In my own feelings and thoughts, swimming sometimes aimlessly in there. There is much to contemplate these days, and i too get caught in the constant stream of emotions.
HOWEVER, Practice is where i always find some space, some peace. Practicing the very basics of mindful breathing. Simply coming to the now via my breath.
So as i type this i am vowing to myself to slow down. Take a breath before each action, before each word i speak and just allow a little space.

Absolutely LOVE this reminder! I’m always running through my to do list throughout the day and not often enough am I slowing down to pause. ♥️
