About the event
We will start with a short guided meditation, followed by a 45 min sound bath with crystal sound bowls and other healing instruments.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow to keep you comfortable during this event. As the body starts to relax, you may also get cold so i would suggest dressing warmer and bringing a blanket.
The intention of this session is to plant some seeds of balance for you to foster. The guided meditation prior to the sound session will help provide you with some space to also set your own intentions.
