Join us for a sound bath meditation for inviting peace into your heart.
This is a 45 min sound healing with quartz crystal sound bowls corresponding to the chakras, drums, and more. Please dress comfortably & feel free to bring pillows and blankets as the body's temperature can drop as you become more relaxed.
