About the event
Join us for a sound bath meditation with the intention of helping you build up your inner fire with a focus on the sacral and solar plexus chakras. This is a 45 min sound healing with quartz crystal sound bowls corresponding to the chakras, drums, and more. Please dress comfortably & feel free to bring pillows and blankets as the body's temperature can drop as you become more relaxed.
