Shadow Work Session & Sound Bath

Join us for a shadow work session followed by a grounding and balancing sound bath on Friday 3/29 at the Dandelion Teahouse in Vancouver from 730-9pm.

We will get into some guided shadow work prompts, get grounded with  short guided meditation and finish off with a chakra balancing sound bath using a steel tongue drum.

This event is 20$ per participant. Feel free to bring a pillow & your journal.
