About the event
From Survival Mode to Self-Actualization: Each week we will dive into different aspects of self and work on integration of skills we are learning. New shadow work prompts tailored to the chakra and Maslow level we are focused on for that week.
You will be email a PDF version of the workbook to work out of during the 5 weeks we meet. Each week we will study a new chakra point and level of Maslow's Hierarchy.
