This self-help program integrates Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and the Chakra System to guide individuals through shadow work (a process of subconscious self-discovery and healing) by confronting those hidden emotions and traumas.
The program is structured to help individuals move from basic survival concerns to higher states of self-awareness and spiritual growth through shadow work, energy work, movement and meditation.
This is a five week course.
We will meet on Mondays 7p-9p starting on 10/27 and ending on 11/24.
Registration is for all five workshops.
