About the event
This self-help program integrates Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and the Chakra System to guide individuals through shadow work—a process of self-discovery and healing by confronting hidden emotions and traumas. The program is structured to help individuals move from basic survival concerns to higher states of self-awareness and spiritual growth.
This is a five week course. We will meet on Tuesdays 630pm-830 starting on 3/25 and ending on 4/22.
You are welcome to attend selective sessions (you will have to register for each workshop) or the whole series (by only registering for this one.)
