About the event
This self-help program integrates Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and the Chakra System to guide individuals through shadow work—a process of self-discovery and healing by confronting hidden emotions and traumas. The program is structured to help individuals move from basic survival concerns to higher states of self-awareness and spiritual growth.
This is a five week course. We will meet on Saturdays 9am-11am starting on 4/26 and ending on 5/24.
