Reiki Sound Bath Meditation - Alignment

Join me for this special reiki sound bath meditation with the intention of inner alignment.

Relax to the soothing sound of quartz crystal sound bowls, drums, chimes and more as you sink into your inner most self for deep alignment to your highest self. In a mixture of these healing sounds you will be guided with meditation to this place within for connection, realignment and tapping into your own inner wisdoms. Reiki will be activated for this journey for added healing.

There will be space after our journey for journal reflections and sharing if you feel called to do so.

Please bring items to keep you cozy like a pillow or blanket and dress warmer as when we relax our body temperature will drop and you may get chilly.
