Relax to the soothing sounds of the steel tongue drum as you are guided into balance with a short guided meditation followed by a sound bath with a steel tongue drum. Dress comfortably and feel free to bring a blanket and or yoga mat. This sound bath is also being fused with reiki energy healing.
