This honoring grief gathering is intended to give you space and guidance to be with your own grief. To allow the feelings to come over you in a safe space with guidance and support.

About the event
This is a 2 hour guided session for embracing and walking through the grief.
We will have a few altars up; one for honoring the past, pictures of crossed over loved ones, pictures of ourselves as children to honor the grief of childhood, you can bring any items that will represent a feeling, memory, or event of the past that hold some meaning of grief for you.
The other altar will be for letting go, this can be items of loved ones you feel like you need to release some of the energy to & on the second altar there will be some paper and pens to write out any energy, feelings, or words to be placed in a bowl of water to dissolve away. (The altar items will be returned to you after we are finished)
