This honoring grief gathering is intended to give you space and guidance to be with your own grief. To allow the feelings to come over you in a safe space with guidance and support.

About the event
This is a 2 hour guided session for embracing, sitting with and walking through the grief.Â
We will have a few alters up; one for honoring the past, pictures of crossed over loved one, pictures of ourselves as children to honor the grief of childhood, you can bring any items that will represent a feeling, memory, or event of the past that hold some meaning of grief for you.Â
The other alter will be for letting go, this can be items of loved ones you feel like you need to release some of the energy to, there will be some paper and pens to write out anything you want to be burned later that night. (The items will be returned to you after we are finished)
Dress cozy and bring any items that will make you more comfortable for the guided meditations and sound bath. (pillows, blankets)
