I’ve been adding some things to the App Store app and one feature is something that I’ve also added to my site as a daily check in/ tap in.

Each day a new affirmation, shadow work prompt, self love ritual and an oracle message will be revealed. This is up now and there has been a button added to the app for easy access.

I have been working on developing an app for the App Store and that has been a big part of this time away from workshops. This app will be available on 8/8 and after that time I will not be updating this one. The app will remain free in the App Store!!

And I will continue to do daily, tapping with shadow work, affirmations, and spiritual teachings.
